Product Description
Hot forming is carried out using hydraulic or screw presses, with controlled heating and deformation to ensure proper material structure. Machining allowances are left on key areas, followed by heat treatment, and then subsequent machining operations including turning, milling, drilling, boring, grinding, and threading. Each finished part undergoes visual inspection, dimensional checks, hardness testing, and surface quality evaluation. Threaded areas are verified using standard gauges. Final products are treated with anti-corrosion protection and packed, with material certifications and inspection documentation provided.
