Product Description
Hot forging is carried out on large hydraulic or screw presses with controlled heating and deformation to optimize grain flow distribution. Key areas are left with machining allowance, followed by normalizing, quenching and tempering, or annealing, and then turning, milling, drilling, boring, and grinding operations. Each piece is inspected for appearance, dimensions, hardness, and non-destructive testing, with critical dimensions verified by CMM spot checks. Finished products are rust-proofed and packed, with material certificates and inspection reports attached.
