Product Description
Hot forging is performed using hydraulic or screw presses, with controlled heating and deformation to ensure uniform blank structure. Machining allowances are left on key areas, followed by heat treatment processes such as normalizing, quenching and tempering, or case hardening. Subsequent machining operations include gear tooth profiling and finishing, with spline sections processed using specialized tooling. Each finished part undergoes visual inspection, dimensional checks, hardness testing, and accuracy evaluation. Critical dimensions are verified through coordinate measurement on a sampling basis. Final products are treated with anti-corrosion protection and packed, with material certifications and inspection documentation provided.
