Product Description
Hot forging is performed on hydraulic or screw presses, with controlled heating and deformation to obtain continuous and uniform grain flow distribution. Machining allowances are left on key areas, followed by quenching and tempering or solution treatment, and subsequent turning, milling, drilling, boring, and grinding operations. Each piece is inspected for appearance, dimensions, hardness, and non‑destructive testing, with critical dimensions checked through CMM spot checks. Finished products are rust‑proofed and packed, with material certificates and inspection reports attached.
