Product Description
Forging is performed on hydraulic or screw presses with precisely controlled heating and deformation to optimize grain flow distribution. Machining allowances are reserved on critical areas, followed by appropriate heat treatment and subsequent machining operations including turning, milling, drilling, boring, and grinding. Each component undergoes visual, dimensional, and hardness inspections, as well as supplementary evaluation as required. Critical dimensions are verified through coordinate measuring machine (CMM) spot checks. Finished products are cleaned, treated with anti-corrosion protection, and properly packed, accompanied by material certificates and inspection documentation.
