Product Description
Hot forging is carried out on hydraulic or screw presses with controlled heating and deformation to ensure a dense internal structure. Key areas are left with machining allowance, followed by solution treatment or quenching and tempering, and then CNC turning, milling, drilling, and boring operations. Each piece is inspected for appearance, dimensions, hardness, and non-destructive testing, with critical dimensions verified by CMM spot checks. Finished products are rust-proofed and packed, with material certificates and inspection reports attached.
