Product Description
Ring forging is carried out on large ring-rolling equipment with controlled heating and deformation to ensure continuous grain flow along the circumference. Key areas are left with machining allowance, followed by quenching and tempering, and then turning, milling, drilling, boring, and grinding operations. Each piece is inspected for appearance, dimensions, hardness, and ultrasonic testing, with critical dimensions verified by CMM spot checks. Finished products are rust-proofed and packed, with material certificates and inspection reports attached.
