Product Description
Hot forging is performed on large hydraulic or screw presses, with precisely controlled heating and deformation to ensure a dense and uniform internal structure. Machining allowances are reserved on critical areas, followed by heat treatment and subsequent machining operations including turning, milling, drilling, boring, and grinding. Each component undergoes visual, dimensional, and hardness inspections, as well as non-destructive testing. Key dimensions are verified through coordinate measuring machine (CMM) spot checks. Finished products are treated with anti-corrosion protection and properly packed, accompanied by material certificates and inspection documentation.
