Product Description
Forging on hydraulic or screw presses with controlled parameters ensures continuous circumferential grain flow. After heat treatment, parts are machined (turning, milling, drilling, boring, grinding) with allowances on key zones. All units are inspected visually, dimensionally, and for hardness, with NDT applied; critical sizes are CMM-spot-checked. Final products are rust-proofed and packed with material and inspection reports.
