Product Description
Hot forging is performed on hydraulic or screw presses with controlled heating and deformation to influence grain flow distribution. Machining allowances are maintained on designated surfaces, followed by quenching and tempering or normalizing, and then turning, milling, drilling, boring, and grinding operations. Each component undergoes visual inspection, dimensional checking, hardness testing, and non-destructive examination. Critical dimensions are subject to CMM spot checks. Finished parts are treated with rust prevention and packaged, accompanied by material certificates and inspection reports.
