Product Description
Forging on hydraulic or screw presses with controlled parameters ensures dimensional accuracy and surface quality. After heat treatment, parts are machined (turning, milling, drilling, boring, threading) with allowances on key zones. All units are inspected visually, dimensionally, and for hardness, with additional evaluations applied as needed; critical sizes are CMM-spot-checked. Final products are rust-proofed and packed with material and inspection reports.
