Product Description
Hot forming is carried out on hydraulic or screw presses under controlled thermal and deformation parameters to achieve a consistent internal structure. Machining stock is preserved on critical zones, followed by thermal conditioning and finishing processes including turning, milling, drilling, boring, and grinding. Each unit is subject to visual, dimensional, and mechanical property checks, with key measurements verified by coordinate measuring equipment on a sampling basis. Finished items are surface-protected and securely packaged, accompanied by material certifications and test records.
