Hot forging is carried out on hydraulic or screw presses with controlled heating and deformation to ensure a dense and uniform structure. Key areas are left with machining allowance, followed by quenching and tempering or solution treatment, and then turning, milling, drilling, boring, and grinding operations. Each piece is inspected for appearance, dimensions, hardness, and non-destructive testing, with critical dimensions verified by CMM spot checks. Finished products are rust-proofed and packed, with material certificates and inspection reports attached.
