Product Description
The casting is centrifugally poured to ensure density, and the bore is fine bored or broached to size. The outer diameter and end faces are ground, with oil grooves, oil holes and graphite plugs available as options. Hardness is controlled between HB 80 and HB 200 according to alloy grade. Each bushing is dimensionally inspected and visually checked before shipment in wooden crate or pallet packaging.
Quality is ensured through incoming material verification and in process dimensional control. Each shipment is accompanied by a quality certificate and material test report. Custom packaging and marking are available according to customer requirements. The manufacturing process is continuously improved for higher efficiency and consistency.
