Application Scenarios
Applications include structural load carrying parts of construction machinery, wear parts of mining equipment and corrosion resistant parts of oilfield equipment. The parts also serve as shaft sleeves, pins and connection seats in various heavy duty machines. They are suitable for medium heavy to extra heavy duty operating conditions.
Product Description
Parts are quenched and tempered or surface hardened before finish machining. Critical mating surfaces are ground below Ra 1.6 to ensure proper fit and function. Surface treatment can be zinc plating, phosphating, black oxide or DACROMET coating with salt spray testing as requested. Dimensions are sampled by CMM or projector, and hardness and microstructure are tested per batch with certification.
Quality is ensured through incoming material verification and in process dimensional control. Each shipment is accompanied by a quality certificate and material test report. Custom packaging and marking are available according to customer requirements. The manufacturing process is continuously improved for higher efficiency and consistency.
