Product Description
Hot forming is carried out on large hydraulic or screw presses, with controlled heating and deformation to ensure proper material structure. Machining allowances are left on key areas, followed by heat treatment, and then subsequent machining operations including turning, milling, drilling, boring, and grinding. Each finished part undergoes visual inspection, dimensional checks, hardness testing, and internal quality evaluation. Critical dimensions are verified through coordinate measurement on a sampling basis. Final products are treated with anti-corrosion protection and packed, with material certifications and inspection documentation provided.
