Product Description
Hot forging is carried out on hydraulic or screw presses with controlled heating and deformation to ensure a dense and uniform structure. Key areas are left with machining allowance, followed by quenching and tempering, and then turning, milling, and drilling operations. Surfaces are treated with hot-dip galvanizing or anti-corrosion painting. Each piece is inspected for appearance, dimensions, hardness, and coating quality, with critical dimensions verified by CMM spot checks. Finished products are packed, with material certificates and inspection reports attached.
