Product Description
Hot forging is conducted on hydraulic or screw presses, with heating and deformation parameters precisely managed to produce a uniformly consistent gear blank structure. Suitable machining allowances are on all functional areas, followed by normalizing, quenching and tempering, or carburizing, and then precision hobbing, shaping, shaving, and grinding of the gear teeth. Each individual piece is systematically examined for surface quality, dimensional conformity, hardness consistency, and overall gear accuracy; key dimensional attributes are measured using CMM equipment on a regular sampling basis. Finished products are given thorough rust protection and carefully packed, accompanied by complete material certificates and detailed inspection records for full process transparency.
