Product Description
Hot forging is performed using hydraulic or screw presses, with precisely controlled heating and deformation to ensure continuous and complete grain flow. Machining allowances are left on critical areas, followed by appropriate thermal conditioning and subsequent machining operations including turning, milling, drilling, boring, and grinding. Each component undergoes visual inspection, dimensional checks, hardness testing, and non-destructive evaluation. Critical dimensions are verified through CMM spot checks. Finished products are cleaned, protected against corrosion, properly packed, and accompanied by material certificates and inspection reports.
