Product Description
Feeders and risers are cut or ground off, surfaces blast‑cleaned to Sa 2.5, and tolerances kept within CT9–CT11. Key areas are inspected by UT or RT, hardness checked per batch, and machining allowances left on surfaces. After rust protection, parts are packed in fumigated wood. Quality is verified via material inspection and in‑process monitoring; each order includes a certificate and test report. Custom marking and packing are also possible.
