Product Description
Journal diameters are ground to IT6 with surface roughness Ra 0.8–1.6. Keyway symmetry is held within 0.05 mm, and major diameters may be induction hardened or nitrided to HRC 50+. Each shaft is inspected for runout, straightness, and hardness, then rust proofed and end-capped. Incoming material and in-process dimensions are verified, and each shipment includes quality and material certificates.
