Application Scenarios
Power transmission, fluid machinery, and heavy industrial equipment represent the primary application sectors for these shafts. Within these sectors, they are used in valve actuators, gearbox drive trains, undercarriage travel systems, and machine tool spindles.
For connection and support functions, the shafts are applied in precision coupling arrangements and bearing configurations that accommodate both continuous operation and frequent start-stop cycles.
Product Description
During production, journal diameters are finished to IT6 tolerance with surface roughness held between Ra 0.8 and Ra 1.6. Keyway symmetry is controlled to within 0.05 mm. Hardening treatments-induction or nitriding-are applied to major diameters to achieve surface hardness of HRC 50 or higher.
For quality verification, each shaft is inspected for runout, straightness, and surface hardness. Rust-proofing and end-capping are then applied. Incoming materials are inspected and in-process dimensions are monitored throughout production. A quality certificate and material test report accompany each shipment for traceability. Packaging and marking can be adapted to customer specifications. Production processes are subject to ongoing review to ensure efficiency and quality stability.
