Heat treatment and surface coating are applied per customer specification. The product is cleaned, oiled and individually packed to prevent damage. Export packaging uses VCI paper with moisture barrier and wooden crate protection. Splines provide a strong, sliding or fixed connection between shaft and hub. They are manufactured by hobbing, broaching or spline grinding for high accuracy. The tooth profile and pitch are controlled to ensure uniform load distribution.
