Product Description
We grind shaft journals to IT6, control surface roughness at Ra 0.8–1.6, and hold keyway symmetry within 0.05 mm. Major diameters are available with induction hardening or nitriding to over HRC 50. Each shaft is inspected for runout, straightness and surface hardness, then rust-proofed and end-capped. Material and in-process checks are performed. Shipments come with a quality certificate and material report. Custom packing and marking are supported.
